Meatless Mondays: Chik’n Parm 😋

Hey my friends!

I don’t know if you’re like me, but I absolutely love Italian food. One of my favorite dishes to eat is chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta.

So I wanted to share a quick vegan version of this meal and all you need are the following ingredients:

  • Firm tofu
  • Pasta sauce
  • Italian seasoning marinade
  • Plant based butter
  • Plant based milk
  • Italian seasoning
  • Basil
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Flour
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Whole wheat angel hair pasta
  • Plant based shredded mozzarella
