I don’t know if you’re like me, but I absolutely love Italian food. One of my favorite dishes to eat is chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta.
So I wanted to share a quick vegan version of this meal and all you need are the following ingredients:
- Firm tofu
- Pasta sauce
- Italian seasoning marinade
- Plant based butter
- Plant based milk
- Italian seasoning
- Basil
- Crushed red pepper
- Flour
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Whole wheat angel hair pasta
- Plant based shredded mozzarella
