Blogmas Day 3: Decorating While Traveling

When you’re traveling during the Christmas holiday or just during the month of December, do you decorate your home with Christmas decorations?

Last year we spent Christmas in Mexico and we decorated the house for Christmas. I must admit that although most of December was not spent at home, I enjoyed coming back home to a decorated house.  Christmas is my absolute favorite holiday.

This year we have not decorated for Christmas and it kind of makes me sad.  We are traveling this month, but I still feel we need some sort of Christmas decorations.  It just isn’t right!

What are your thoughts?

Blogmas Day 2: My Christmas Wish List…

So I had to think about what I want for Christmas and it wasn’t hard at all.

After losing my dad and my Fur baby, Wally, I think so differently now.  Back in the day my wish list would have consisted of some type of designer bag and shoes.  Don’t get me wrong, I still love nice things, but my focus is on more important things in life.

My Christmas wish list:

  1. Get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy for me and baby
  2. Make myself a priority
  3. Have a happy family life
  4. Reopen my online jewelry boutique
  5. Be successful

Those are my 5 Christmas wishes.  I don’t need all the superficial things that makes me happy in the moment.  I want a gift that can last for a lifetime…
