International Autism Awareness Day 🧩

Hey my friends!

For those of you that don’t know, today is International Autism Awareness Day and April is Autism Awareness month.

1 in 54 children are on the Autism spectrum. A child is usually diagnosed between the age of 2 or 3. If you are wondering about the signs, there are many signs, but one sign that I remember is that child will begin to stop communicating. It’s almost as if one day they just go into this shell.

A person with autism has difficulties with their communication and as a result they tend to get frustrated when people cannot understand them. The one thing we can point out is that people living with autism are generally extremely smart individuals and have great memories.

Autism is not a disability, it’s a different ability”

Blogmas Day 25: Merry Christmas 🎄❤…

Merry Christmas my friends!

Christmas might look a little different this year. However look at it on a positive side… this is your opportunity to create new memories with those that are around you.

I hosted Christmas dinner at my house today for just my parents and siblings. I was excited, as I love decorating my home for the Christmas holiday. I wanted to make the experience of being at my house a memorable one.

And yes, as a host, I had 2 wardrobe changes. With us not having much places to go right now, I have to keep it glam in my home.

I pray that 2021 Christmas will be free of a pandemic and allow those of us to resume the old traditions and incorporate the new ones we started in 2020.

Have a very Merry Christmas my friends…until next time…night night 💋

Blogmas Day 11: Making Memories…

Hey my friends!

Making memories with your loved ones seem more important than ever before. If 2020 hasn’t taught us anything, it has taught us to cherish every moment because things can change right before our very eyes.

And although we cannot be around most of our loved ones this year, doesn’t mean we cannot create special memories 💋
