Starting Chapter 2020…

Hey my friends!

As we reflect on 2019 and the decade in general, think about some of the highs and lows that were apart of your life.

It’s funny to think about what has happened in my life within the last decade. Now when I think about it, those ten years flew right by me. This decade has been a challenge to say the least. Some good, some bad…

And I don’t regret any of it…

I can honestly say with all of those stresses I had to face, it has developed me into the adult I know my family is proud of.

As I close the chapter to this year and this decade, I am so looking forward to starting chapter 2020. And in that chapter, I’m picking up where I left off in chapter 2019, as it was getting so good.

I want to thank all of my subscribers and those who have read and/or commented on my posts. I truly appreciate you all. And just know, the best is yet to come…

Happy New Year my friends πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹

Blogmas #24: Why do we give Christmas Gifts? πŸŽ

Hey my friends!

It’s Christmas Eve ya’ll…

So do you know the meaning behind giving presents at Christmastime?

Well let’s first start with the meaning of Christmas. We celebrate Christmas because it is a celebration of the birth of Christ (Jesus). Giving of the presents during Christmas symbolizes the Three Wise Men (Three Kings) presenting baby Jesus with gifts.

So when you give gifts to your family and friends, remember it means more than just buying someone a gift they want.

Until next time, night night πŸ’‹

Blogmas #3: Giving Tuesday

Today is ‘Giving Tuesday’ and I have teamed up with the World Food Campaign to #unitetofighthunger in helping raise awareness about the innocent lives caught in the crossfire of war and conflict.

I urge you to go to https://www.wfpusa.org/https://www.wfpusa.org/conflict-and-hunger to learn more about this worthy cause, as no one person should go without food.

As we think about the upcoming holiday season, think about those who are in need of not presents, but the gift of a decent meal.

Until next time my friends, night night πŸ’‹
