The New Taco Tuesday ðŸ˜‹

WP_20171010_18_58_27_Pro (2)Who said Vegans and Vegetarians can’t enjoy “Taco Tuesday”?  Here’s my recipe for a delish taco meal…I guarantee you will not miss the real thing!

Ingredients:

  1. Morningstar Grilled Crumbles
  2. Salsa sauce (my favorite is Chi-Chi’s)
  3. Shredded Vegan Cheddar cheese
  4. taco shells ( I recommend you try the Ortega Good Grains blue corn)
  5. taco seasoning (I like to use Old el Paso 40% less sodium)

7 Healthy Foods for Great Health and Fertility!

If you have been following me from the beginning, you know that I have been honest about my extremely bad fibroid and endometriosis issues.  Unfortunately for most, these issues can lead to fertility issues.  Ugh…

As I’ve also talked about, I’ve changed the way I eat.  Don’t get me wrong, every once in awhile I do indulge in a few sweet treats.  I am trying to cut that out completely as well.  Who am I kidding…I only plan on cutting it out for the next month because I plan to indulge for Thanksgiving on a piece of sweet potato pie and a few Christmas treats.  Anyway enough about that, I want to share some of the foods I have incorporated in my journey to a healthy fertility. Whipping up some recipes

So let me first put out this disclaimer…I am not vegan.  I do not like to put a label on myself.  I will just say that I try to eat healthy.  I must say that I do not eat beef or pork.  I do eat chicken maybe once or twice a month and I absolutely love cheese.

Due to my fibroid issues, I have changed the way I eat tremendously.  I cut out the beef and pork due to the hormones they inject.  When I eat chicken or dairy products, I always make sure it is organic and grass fed.  I must say since I’ve changed my eating lifestyle that I feel much better.
