Meatless Mondays: Chik’n Parm ðŸ˜‹

Hey my friends!

I don’t know if you’re like me, but I absolutely love Italian food. One of my favorite dishes to eat is chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta.

So I wanted to share a quick vegan version of this meal and all you need are the following ingredients:

  • Firm tofu
  • Pasta sauce
  • Italian seasoning marinade
  • Plant based butter
  • Plant based milk
  • Italian seasoning
  • Basil
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Flour
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Whole wheat angel hair pasta
  • Plant based shredded mozzarella

Workout Wednesday: Fitness Routine Post Abdominal Surgery Q&A

Hey my Friends!

So it’s been 6 months since I had my vertical open myomectomy surgical procedure and I am so ready to get back to my normal exercise routine.

I had no idea it would take so long to heal. I also had no idea my surgery would be so intense. Nevertheless, I am not letting anything stop me. It’s time to get that tummy toned.

So I had it in my head that if I exercised up until the day of my surgery, I would have a quick healing process. Boy was I wrong…
