Happy November!  Before I go into my story, let me shout out “HELLO MY FRIENDS!!!”

I have been gone for way too long.  Where have I been?  Where do I begin.  My new job has been keeping me extremely busy.  And to add on to that, my director went out on disability.  And you know what that means…I had to not only do my job, I had to do my director’s job.  Let me just say that I deserve a big pat on my back.  For a newbie, I stepped up to the plate and worked my behind off.

I have not had the opportunity to focus on my jewelry business the way I wanted to and shame on me.  I missed out on so many opportunities.  The year is almost over and I am not anywhere near reaching any of my goals.  The most important goal I wanted to reach was the part about my health.  Now let’s talk about that, “My Journey to Becoming Fibroid Free”…

The last time we talked, I mentioned that I was changing my diet and planned on updating you all on whether or not what I’ve read is true.  Drum roll PLEASE….

Absolutely NOT!!!

As a matter of fact, my fibroids grew.  The largest fibroid grew from 6.9cm to 9.4cm.  Are you kidding me?  My thoughts exactly.  I did everything I was supposed to. Not that I ate that much to begin with, but I did cut out the foods that were high on the Glycemic Index.  I also started drinking different types of teas.  I religiously drank my Chaste Tree Berry tea, Dandelion Root Tea, Raspberry Leaf tea and Decaf Green Tea every single day.  Don’t get me wrong, I did not expect for the fibroids to magically disappear.  However I did not expect my results to say that they grew.  This was my glimmer of hope to not have anymore surgeries, but sadly that is not my reality…

Anyway, we will chat again.  If anyone out there had fibroids or knows someone that had fibroids and found a way other than surgery to shrink them, please let me know.  I would love to hear all about it.  You may give me some options.
