Summer…I have been waiting for you for sooo long. For those of you that live in the NJ/NY area like me, it has been raining as if we live in Seattle. It is so good to see that sun shining bright. With that being said…

I must share with you my must have sunglasses for this summer. I am obsessed with sunglasses. I cannot tell you offhand how many pairs I have. I always get asked why I need so many pairs. My fellow fashionistas out there definitely know the answer to that question!

I am a big fan of Coach sunglasses. I just think the styles they design are just so classic and can wear for years to come. However, this summer 2019 I have been obsessed with the Quay sunglasses line. I wouldn’t quite say that they are classic, but more trendy. I believe I can get away with wearing them for at least another year or two. And before I continue, let me put out my disclosure that this is not a sponsored blog.

Fibroids Can get Dangerous (Part 1)…

Hey my friends!

So today marks two weeks since I had my vertical open myomectomy surgery and don’t I look just glamourous? Let me first say that it was so difficult for me to post this photo showing my swollen abdomen and stitches. What gave me the courage to post the photo you may ask…it is the need to share with other women who suffer from fibroids or endometriosis.

Welcome May 😘

New Phototastic Collagemay

Hey my friends!

Happy May…I have to tell you that I have been happy, yet nervous for the month of May to arrive. I am looking forward to a fresh start to a healthier life, but with that you have to go through some physical pain.

For the past few months I have been getting my body healthier and just building up my immune system in preparation for a necessary surgical procedure. Believe me, I am not looking forward to the pain that is going to come with this procedure. With that being said, once the pain is over, I cannot wait to enjoy a normal life and focus on accomplishing all the goals on my to do list.
